Scaling a business is challenging. The increasing complexity of people, leadership, infrastructure, and market dynamics makes achieving each new growth level more difficult. There are 28 million startups formed in the U.S. on average each year, yet only 4% ever reach $1M in revenue. From that group, only one out of ten or approximately 450,000 will ever reach $10 million, less than 17,000 surpass the $50 million mark, and only the top 2500 make it to $500 million. When it comes to Unicorns’ stability, it is only the top 500 public and private firms that exceed $5 billion with similar ratios in other countries worldwide.
As founders, we have beaten those odds, not once but multiple times, with two IPO’s multiple successful exits totaling over $4 billion. We recognize each client and situation are unique, and we leverage our experience to support our clients to succeed personally and professionally.
Typically we begin with the CEO and occasionally the founding team. We also work with organizations at the request of their investors.
Our initial exchange allows us to understand the leaders’ challenges, goals, and the business’s organizational needs. This enables us to work together to create clear development objectives and arm them with the right skills, mindset, and tools that transform unpredictable, complex situations into opportunities.
