1:1 Individual Coaching

Founders dig in, work hard, with ferocious tenacity and the determination to be self-made. These traits are admirable but alone, they are not enough to overcome the challenges on the path to success.
An entrepreneur coach is a guide that supports you by unlocking clarity on what success looks like. As serial entrepreneurs ourselves, we can spot weak points, give objective outside counsel, and supporting founders working with you to build an actionable plan to achieve your goals.

Founding Teams
Organizations evolve, people grow apart and sometimes things get messy. You need different skills to handle these challenges founder-to founder, or in front of your employees and your investors. Founder conflict is an opportunity to model skillful communication. Because things always get tough at some point for everyone.
Team Development Coaching enables members of a team to work better together. The pressure for performance has never been greater and the bar keeps getting higher. The increased stress on individuals often manifests itself in conflicts between team members. Working with the team coaching helps members navigate these predictable and unseen conflicts more effectively while becoming a more efficient and a highly effective team.
Guided Group Coaching
Group sessions for up to 8 founders at similar stages of company building. A coach guides these monthly confidential sessions focused on a unique combination of learning, decision-making, and real-time problem solving with insights and action items for successful scaling. Sessions are structured to allow everyone to rise above the urgent and focus on what is important.
In addition to personal and leadership development work, these groups provide a life-long network of trusted peers. Groups meet four hours each month for six months. Each founder also receives one hour of individual 1:1 coaching each month.
